VENEVISION USA AND VEPLUS FEATURES MILLENNIAL SHORT FORM CONTENT AS PART OF ITS CONTENT OFFERING

Cisneros Media Distribution (CMD), a global distributor of entertainment content, announced today the premiere of “#HTM – Hazlo Tú Mism@” short form content developed by internet influencers to become part of its Pay TV channels: Venevision USA, and VePlus in Latin America.

“This content effort is part of our engagement strategy to attract millennials and multi-generation families to the channels’ programming and its digital platforms. These short-form videos were produced by a group of influencers and curated by our Mobius.Lab Productions team, exclusively for our Pay TV channels,” said Jonathan Blum, President - Cisneros Media.

The millennials’ talent roster includes internet celebrities like Mannolly Castillo (@mannolly), Rosshanna Bracho (@rosshannabracho), Bárbara Rodriguez (@barbirodriguez), Renata Ruiz (@missrenataruiz), Luisa Cárdenas (@unatalluisa), and many others.

“We understand the “Hispannials” – how we call the millennials with a Latino background - share their favorite videos within their immediate network, including their family members, engaging different generations and increasing our reach within the household” added Blum.

In addition to the individual influencers, Cisneros Media Distribution also signed a partnership with First Media Americas to include in the #HTM package videos from their digital platform “So Yummy En Español”, featuring bite-sized food videos for moms and kids to enjoy together.
